The team at Tiger Coffee want you to have the best coffee experience.

All orders are final, and your items will be shipped as ordered on a next weekday dispatch please contact us promptly on 09 4413084 if you have any concerns about your order.

We are unable to offer refunds for change of mind or because the item isn’t to your taste. If there is an error or a product quality issue, a replacement or a refund will be given at the discretion of Tiger Coffee on a case-by-case basis


Tiger Coffee only deliver domestically to New Zealand via Castle Parcel.

Delivery on average takes from 1 – 5 business days * dependent on NZ Location
