Fixed cost servicing and maintenance
Reactive servicing and preventative maintenance at a fixed cost. This is the area Tiger consider the most important; we can tailor maintenance and service packages to suit our customers. In many cases we can provide a fixed cost service package. We do this by factory training our own technicians so that we can guarantee not only the standard of servicing and maintenance but also the personable interaction you’ll have with our company.
Monitoring our first-time fix rates and response times is a major part of evaluating and maintaining our level of service and helps us to identify areas for training.
Telemetry deserves a mention here as it is becoming a huge factor in reactive maintenance and is an extra technician who can be in Queenstown one minute and New Plymouth the next.
National service package
One service package for all: Annual Maintenance Plan to ensure your coffee machines are maintained in good working order to enable you to continue serving consistent, quality drinks. All field service technicians are fully trained by our Swiss & Italian manufacturers with additional on-going training throughout the year.
We monitor our response times and first time fix rates so that we can identify quickly any additional requirements for training, staffing levels and report this back to our customers.
We can reach you wherever you are, with our own factory trained technicians.
